Dale A. Werts is a Partner at Lathrop GPM, where he focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate and general business law, and technology transfers and commercialization. With more than 30 years of experience, he has represented individual owners and business organizations in strategic and financial acquisitions and dispositions across a wide range of industries, including financial institutions, manufacturing, technology, health care, and logistics.
Dale's technology experience includes data-related issues, blockchain technology implementation, cryptocurrency-related matters, virtual property transfers, software and technology licensing, hardware acquisition agreements, vendor and affiliate arrangements, and offshore structures.
