About the speakers: 

Bryan Moore provides valuation services for clients across a wide range of industries and purposes. He is a diligent researcher, giving time and care to each client navigating the valuation process. He loves working with clients to help simplify the process and understand how and from where each company’s value is derived. Many of our clients are getting a valuation for the first time, and Bryan takes a lot of pride in building the reassurance that their valuation is in good hands. Prior to joining MarksNelson in 2017, Bryan worked in private accounting primarily preparing financial statements.

Terry Staley, is a Certified Exit Planner who works with business owners in the successful exit from their businesses. A successful exit plan includes meeting owner’s objectives including time until retirement, dollars needed in retirement and transferring ownership to a key employee group, family members, ESOP or a sale to a third party.

Margo Hoegler is a highly accomplished accounting professional with over 10 years of experience at MarksNelson. Clients appreciate her unique approach to problem-solving. She is able to explain complex financial situations and use data-driven analysis to provide unparalleled insight into their current and future state. In addition, Margo is the co-leader of the company’s construction niche where she leverages her extensive industry knowledge to equip clients with the tools and resources needed for success. Her dedication to helping those around her has strongly impacted organizational growth and development.
